This is our second time staying here. I chose a 20 square meter twin room, which was much more spacious and affordable compared to other hotels in Tokyo with similar room sizes. The location is very convenient, with easy access to JR, Tokyo Metro, and Shinkansen lines. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We stayed for 8 nights and had the room cleaned twice for free, which was sufficient for us. There's a coin-operated laundry room nearby, which was very cheap and quick. Although thicker fabrics might take a few rounds in the dryer, it wasn't a problem as each drying cycle was only 100 yen for 15 minutes. We also stored our luggage a day before check-in as we had to travel to another city first. The staff was very accommodating. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

Ueno is a quite, residential neighbourhood, which is nice to come back to after dipping into the busy parts of Tokyo. Close to convenience stores, two train stations, and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and Kappabashi street. Also a lovely, local sento just around the corner. The room was well equipped with space for the three of us (and our shopping!) The staff were lovely, very helpful and spoke English. There's a laundry on-site. Great choice for our 7 night stay. The staffs, they are all very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The location was great too, not too far from the train stations. Easy to go to anywhere incl the Narita airport. Lits of convenient stores and supermarket and restaurants near by. The hotel also does the luggage forwarding.

This is one good choice hotel in UENO. The hotel gave me a good travel experience. Well located where you can easily access JR or subway. Most of the receptionists have a good service mind. They can answer your questions and let you know clearly any doubts you may have. The rooms are tidy and suitable for your busy tour schedule. Just in case you want to sleep and put away your shopping bags.

After exploring Tokyo for the day relaxing and having good sleep is a must. The beds are very comfortable and location is in quiet area so you will not be disturb on your sleep. We stayed in 2 Double rooms last April Sakura season. The type of amenities, shampoo, conditioner are good quality. Receptionists are fluent in English, they give warm welcome and are reliable and helpful about going to Mt. Fuji and exploring Tokyo as first time tourists in Japan. Inaricho is the nearest station in Ginza line and Ueno station is 10mins. walk from the hotel.

Room is big! Very near to various restaurants and convenience stores such as Sukiya, Mcdonalds, Yoshinoya, Lawson, 711 and a 24hr grocery 2 blocks away. Near Ameyoko market. Few steps away from Inaricho subway station, Hibiya and Ginza line. There is free coffee, tea, toiletries, and towels.

8 mins walk from Ueno station. The room is clean, not big but not too small. There is a kitchen in the room which you can borrow stuff from staff to cook. Very helpful staff.

Nice staff, great location near supermarket and convini about 10 mins walk to Ameyoko market. Near ginza line station. Can see skytree from the hotel. Room is clean and equipped with air purifier. Amenities provided at the lobby. We went out of town for 5 days and they keep the luggages for us. Highly recommended. This hotel is very value for money.

It was between 2 train stations- Inaricho subway and Ueno Station for JR, Skyliner and Subway. Quiet environment with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and of reasonable size. Good quality amenities were available at the reception.

The Hotel has a great location and transport links nearby to go everywhere. The room is super clean and comfortable and there is a very good Wi-Fi in the room. The staff are very professional, helpful and kind. Very cute and comfortable hotel! Great value for money!
